Can I Do This

I have NEVER been good at journaling! I suck! I start, then forget about it. I guess we'll see!

In the great idea of the blog 101 Cookbooks by Heidi Swanson, I have decided to try to cook my way through my terrifyingly huge cookbook collection. I haven't even counted them yet. As a matter of fact, let's go do just that right now! Be right back.

I'm back! 201.........I have 201 flippin' cookbooks. This is problematic considering I have only cooked a handful of recipes out of each of them. Wow, Powell's bookstore in Portland and Amazon.com should thank me for keeping them afloat during this recession.

I should really start COOKING from these cookbooks instead of admiring the way they look on the shelves of my home. Wish me luck!
